The 3-in-1 formula combines grape seed extract, pine bark extract and vitamin C. Per serving2, the high-strength formula provides 316 mg of grape seed extract (including 300 mg proanthocyanidins), 225 mg of pine bark extract (including 214 mg oligomeric proanthocyanidins) and 160 mg of vitamin C — suitable for daily intake as part of everyday life and training.
